to the author of "counterfeit", bow ako sa yo. it can also be applied to the sad state of people trapped in the same fictitious world brought about by drug-(ab)use.
"the truth shall set u free"
- this is no more evident than rasmus finally breaking from the bonds of his father's lies.
- however, the same cannot be said for gabriel, who lives in a perceived power of being a ravena, and blinds himself with forced relationship with alwina, who is not even the same sweet lady he fell in love with in the first place.
sana may flashback to his and julian/aguiluz' earlier pledge to respect alwina's decision on whom she WILLINGLY chooses- daragit, by siding with the ravena, fools himself into a prison of a false sense of protection. he is a coward, not only because he thinks only of his own skin, but because he denies the plain and obvious truth that he put avila and his citizens in danger, and does nothing abt it.
- savana continues to pursue a future for her and gabriel. hirits from niwalum (which were very good, btw. hehe) are not enough to derail her, she still won't accept gabriel's blatant rejection of her. go for ravenum na lang, LOL

what a great joy to see a repentant in rasmus. it ties beautifully to the show's theme of redemption and salvation. it is also an all-together good reminder that mulawin is a rare program upholding values and beliefs, a refreshing yet must-have respite from this cynical, pessimistic world, and all the 'paninira' content in most shows lately.
