however, please realize that copyrighted materials are only copyrighted in the region where the material has been copyrighted. this means, that if the nine network in australia has copyrighted "starstruck" there, their right to use the same name is only limited there unless they have also applied for the right to use the same name here.

you also have quoted that the products endorsed by the members of starstruck have sponsored the mmff. what's wrong with that? doesn't it imply that the endorsers are actually effective in endorsing the products such that the companies owning the products can afford to spend millions in order to support the festival?

there is much more to say but it is pointless. further this blog was brought about for the purpose of discussing mulawin.

before i end, let me just do a quick take. from the desiderata: even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. so please don't belittle the ordinary. they may even be better than you are.

and thanks by the way for showing us what kind of people support the company you are trying to support. it's sad to note that by throwing stones at others, you pick up a much bigger stone which you have already pounded on your head.
