however, there's an advantage of ending a show while its still hot. hailed as a top-rated show and a fan/cult favorite, mulawin will be long-remembered in memory and in tv history. what can we hope for about it? the new show encantadia can feature crossovers (alwina could guest star or something). a movie will always be possible. or a sequel (mulawin, the next generation), who knows? as for now, let us take comfort that mulawin really raised the standard of programming (as per southrock).
back to the episodes...
if gabriel sprouts wings while falling, it'll only add to the spontaneity of the moment (which is good!), but there better be a flashback to explain it (if he does have ravena blood).
further on about gabriel. i think its intended that he wears his casual clothes to make him stand out, the lone fighting lowlander (with powers!) in avila. pero yup, it'd be really cool to see him in "feathered". kaya, guys, please post a pic so i can see! imagination is just not good enough (it took me days to finally see what alwina's new costume was like).
kay vultra naman. i think she suffered the most. to be with someone forcefully who lied to you in the first place (rasmus), separated from her true love (bagwis), fooled by an impostor (savana), fighting her daughter (alwina), all this time fighting on the bad side AND NOW she has to make up for it? tough call for her.
there's still a lot of characters to tie up. so savana is kaput? terong a statue forever? perena where-art-thou? i guess that's one reason why the tagubas or pericos were left out. the show is sticking to the main or revelation-connected characters. but then again, its too much to hope that all questions will be answered. that's what makes mulawin (and these blogs) so great!
