while i applaud the success of mulawin, it begs to wonder how it will go on, or what will life be after? (how melodramatic!) pero really, think about it. its so good, how can you make another show that's better? second, ironic it may sound, the show might suffer from excellent writing because of its fast pace. its really a challenge coming up with engaging plots.
another problem may be with this hit, the actors may not be getting enough rest. if you consider other programs, like buffy, they're shown only once a week, and there are those seasons pa, so actors can really take a vacation, or do movies in between. essentially, mulawin is a teleserye (so pang-everyday), but its made even harder with all the special effects, costumes. its all a tough juggling act that's bewildering to pull together. grabe.
anyhoo, back to the story. super exciting! rasmus vs vultra. aguiluz vs gabriel. alwina vs, uh, ravenum? (where's perena, btw) the mulawin tree, what are you really for?
speaking of gabriel, his character is taking an interesting new development. but i hope it will be explained how he is a sugo. confused pa rin ako (i'm open to explanations). sure, he has mysterious powers, and he *might* have ravena blood in his veins, but doesnt a sugo mean you have to die and be born again (may flashback kaya on his childhood which explains his physical handicap? or baka may different meaning ang sugo sa mga ravena?)
