dakila sends mayi to look after the taguba members who left for a while.
lourdes wants to leave avila in spite of the difficulties so she can warn alwina of the dangers on her way.
aguiluz uses his flute to tell them which is the right way through the cave.
ravenum tells gabriel that he has powers because he is also a sugo, and that, when he reaches the mulawin tree with alwina, balance will be restored. ravenum starts to become weak but tells gabriel that evil is starting to outbalance the good. ravenum flies with gabriel.
lourdes starts to pick the lock that binds their cell door.
alwina pauses for a while. she remembers her mother.
aling rosing refuses to go with lourdes.
rasmus catches lourdes as she escapes. she kicks rasmus. rasmus raises his hand ready to strike lourdes with his claws.
