SHOW EPISODES: ack! where did the wings go? but at least with his death, he's finally qualified as a sugo (not of the mulawin tree of course). speaking of which, could the smoke in the mulawin tree be ravenum? (gasp!)

and something abt aviona pla. how is she related to the mulawin family? as far as i know, she's the only one with no blood ties whatsoever. maybe the new encantadia series can tackle that issue (or finding her true love).

PROGRAMMING CHANGES: fantaseryes demand a lot of investment for special effects and costumes. at least its nice knowing the networks are finally going all out for the viewers, but its still a matter of following trends. if you look at it, we've digested everything from mexican soaps, game shows, chinese or korean soaps, reality shows..

DARNA: i hope i don't offend anyone... the panday series actually sounds pretty interesting. darna might face some good competition from this one. the new darna series can have former darnas and villains guest star, like regine or vilma, or cherie gil (similar to christopher reeve's minor role in 'smallville'). this way, fans of these actresses (older generation) can also be enticed to watch :)
